Return & Refund Policy

At Just Pretty Corner, we provide high-quality premium products, crafted with love and care. Our handcrafted items may have slight imperfections, adding to their unique charm and beauty.

Return Window

You can return your product within 2 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@justprettycorner.com.

Return Requirements

  • The product should be in new condition.
  • A return label will be included in the package for your convenience.
  • The customer is responsible for a return fee of 10 AED.
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for all returns to verify the product's condition.

Return Process

  • Our delivery partner will collect the item.
  • Refunds will be issued only after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Only the product value will be refunded.

 

COD and Prepaid Orders

  • COD Orders: Please note that all Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for COD orders.
  • Prepaid Orders: Returns or refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders.
  • Customers are encouraged to check product details carefully before placing COD orders.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for products in new condition within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us via email to initiate the exchange process.

Exceptions

  • Clearance Sale, Special offers, Milestone, and Birthday Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen display or handcrafted nature are not eligible for return.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Please report any missing or incorrect items immediately upon delivery by emailing info@justprettycorner.com. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your cart and order details carefully before purchasing.
